CRS-0184: Cannot communicate with the CRS daemon

问题已经解决，解决方法如下：

如果机器启动之后实例，数据库都启动不了，通过以下步骤来解决：
1. mount –t ocfs2 –o datavolume,nointr /dev/sdb1 /ocfs
2. 执行：/etc/init.d/init.crs start 启动底层服务
3. crs_stat –t 如果发现unknown 或者 offline 说明资源没有启动
4. /oracle/product/10.2.0/bin/crsctl start resources启动资源
